In 2006 Aveiro tackled another design-build project c/o the St. Kitts Electrical Department, for

MAN B&W Canada. The project consisted of demolishing part of the existing building to

make room for the new facility. The left photo shows form and concrete work of cast in place

Coastal Oil Refinery in Aruba

In 1999 Aveiro erected a Coke Handling Facility in Aruba.  It was a design-build

project that we work on with Krupp Robins Inc.  The building is a “monstrous” structure

that sits on Aruba’s coast line, measuring in at 258’-0” wide by 776’-8” long and 131’-0”

to the peak, roughly 200,000sq/ft.  The entire steel building and all of it’s components

were shipped right from Steelway’s yard in Aylmer, Ontario using 72 shipping containers.
